Find something you like to do and DO IT! Channel your inner child and go out and have fun. Whether it be gardening, walking, biking, running, swimming, or dancing, it's all MOVING!!! That's what's important. Find a friend, go out and MOVE! Studies have shown that just 30 minutes of walking 3 times a week can lower your risk of Heart Disease, Diabetes, Obesity, and a number of other illnesses. Regular exercise can extend your life span. 30 minutes of bicycling 3 times a week can lead to 11 pounds of weight loss in one year.
